A Kintsuba dessert made with two types of ingredients, bean paste made from Hokkaido Dainagon azuki beans and Kanoko,encased in agar.
Azuki beans cooked with Hingya salt from Aogashima, Tokyo, and crude brown sugar that has been handed down since the Edo period have a rich flavor.
A masterpiece Japanese confectionery unique to Tokyo, served with Zuigetsuin's special red syrup (brown sugar syrup).
